Missing a parcel of drugs for my dog sent from the UK to Germany. @DeutschePostDHL has no number to call for English speakers and everyone at the customer service helpline pretends not to understand me. What am I supposed to do?

@Hermesparcels Please can I speak with a real person? My parcel was delivered yesterday to a safe place that I can't recognise. I've asked the neighbours but nobody has seen it and nobody's place looks like the picture.

@ZARA Zara literally stole £90 from me. Never included a coat in the parcel I ordered, promised investigate and to call me back in regard of the problem in 48h and never did. I had to chase twice and now they refuse to refund me. For an item that was never in my possession.
