Did you know September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM)? Today students and staff at @WilliamDAbateES wore yellow to honor children affected by pediatric cancer and raise awareness. 🎗️💛

I was touched to see Gus Walz’s joy when his dad @Tim_Walz took the stage last night. Thankful for you showing us all what real love looks like, Gus. Let’s be a nation that embraces this kind of warmth and vulnerability, instead of making fun or mocking it. We could all use some of Gus’s example in our own lives.

This proud teacher still knows every word to the Mankato West High School fight song! Nothing makes my heart sing more than being with former students. Grateful they came to cheer @Tim_Walz on at the DNC this week!
