Reliable sources say certain forces want to take Rukutana from a Mbarara to Ntungamo and charge him with attempted murder b4 a grade one magistrate. The trick is for the magistrate to say he has no jurisdiction over such a charge and send him to jail for weeks or months!

@DaltonKaweesa True, removal of pre entry was a move propagated by politicians who had failed to make it to the centre, no wonder some of them still failed when they got admitted

Pre-entry exams for LDC should be reinstated.
