Wow! @Allbirds! You have really lost your way! You've gone from a great shoemaker making comfortable shoes with no questions on returns, to just another "vendor" selling plastic glued to blocks of wood, with a middle finger return policy. I've noticed over the last couple of years how the quality has really eroded & the boxes your shoes arrive in clearly prove this out! No wonder why these two pairs were 60% off... they were returned by other customers who paid full price realizing what a mistake THEIR purchase was! Disappointed, & Never again #Allbirds!
