And…. I look at my emails and I have indeed placed a double order from all the messing around with the check out. When I call the # associated with the local store, they can not help me but will transfer me. What? And then I sat on hold for 3 mins before I spoke to a human.

Tried to buy MLBTV for my parents and it took me 30 mins to figure it out. Accidentally bought something called MLB+ in the process which is just radio and MLB Network??!?! Maybe I’m an idiot but it’s incredible how difficult they’ve made this to do through the app.

@TMobileHelp I’m trying to move my service to TMobile. The store agent has activated the acct, but stalls on payment. She called at least 5 ppl/help desks with no resolution. Why don’t you want my business? I walked away empty handed.

@ATTHelp My acct says I have HBO Max. I contacted AT&T support to get my member id updated, they confirmed I did indeed have free access HBO. I try logging into HBO, no luck. Today I’m told I do not have HBO, and never have. Why is it on my acct page? Why is the help useless?

@lyft Your time estimates for Boston for sucked all day. From the airport, the drop off - driver spoke no English and could not help me find my destination. And I’ve been waiting 15 mins for a 7 min ride. This blows.
