I do not appreciate get hung up on @AAACares. Then I didn’t receive a callback. I never got the email, or USPS notification about being charged a month early for renewal. So I call with questions, and this the service I get?! I get it, I’m just one person, so I don’t matter.

I was involved in an accident, and I just want to say @progressive my experience thus fair is nothing even close to the commercial. The way this is going makes it feel like you are not my insurance company. #frustratedcustomer

Great job @StateFarm misleading me. I would not have signed off on the settlement had I been given the correct information. Then to have the rep make seem like I didn’t understand what I was told, classic. I get it I’m a nobody. #epicfail
