@AskeBay I just want to speak to somebody in @eBay_UK customer service because the AI generated email responses are gobbledegook & keep telling me how wonderful they are, whilst not actually doing anything.

@eBay_UK why are you pretending that your customer service replies are coming from people, rather than AI generated? I'm going round in circles with no actual resolution, just a nauseating level of hyperbole = losing a customer of 20+ years. #badcustomerservice #AIwarning 🤷‍♀️😠😡

We know what we need to do to fix this crisis in our rivers and seas– it just needs the political will from our leaders and Government to turn from words into action . My full speech yesterday from the @MarchforWater in London .

The energy & sheer number of people who care about our rivers & seas at @MarchforWater today was a joy to be a part of. I was also honoured to be given the chance to speak at the rally about Rights of Nature & why everyone should step into a relationship of guardianship with their local water body. Caring for nature in the current time can sometimes feel like a lonely task against the odds, but being around thousands of other people who also care deeply for waters is truly invigorating. With more & more people stepping forward, it feels that properly protecting & restoring our rivers & seas is truly possible.

Another night of watching two of my dogs hyperventilating & physically shaking for hours on end due to the fireworks.
