@GMB He wasn’t wrongfully arrested at all. Information at the time gave suspicion and therefore a justification to question him. Whoever wrote this fake claim should familiarise themselves with PACE and the definition wording.

A British couple have been jailed in Iran for 10 years on charges of espionage. This is (and was when they entered Iran in 2025) the Foreign Office's official travel advice for Iran. It's not vague or confused, it says DON'T GO TO IRAN. I'm really not sure why they're surprised by their plight or why they expect our sympathy.

@ChrisCillizza It doesn’t, but it does show how there are always two sides to a story rather than the first biased version being true. We were told he was a good man doing no harm. Truth is he was a thug behaving like an animal. Did he deserve to die, no. Did he #fuckaroundandfindout ? Yes.

I truly don’t understand how this impacts what happened Saturday? Did the fact that he kicked a taillight out 11 days before mean he somehow should have been shot 10 times when he was already on the ground?
