@BrndoCalrizzian @priceacarter The demographics are so bad that they wouldn't be able to convince retail to build a business or resident to live there. You need land mass to be able to change an area. This could be enough if there is a patient billionaire behind it.

@priceacarter I still never understood why or how the Hunts never purchased land across from Arrowhead for the decades they were there, or at least got partners to join up to invest in the area.

@priceacarter It is possible to create a destination zone where you have everything you need in that area. It is right on the corner of two major highways, so it is possible. However, it is not likely and would take a MASSIVE amount of patient equity to make it happen.
