Consistent quality play at QB is something that Virginia Tech has been lacking for almost a decade. I believe Ethan Grunkemeyer will give the Hokies exactly that over the next couple of years 📈 Dude is definitely battle tested too… his first 3 starts last year for PSU were at Iowa, at Ohio State, & Indiana

@Cabbyfromgreene Nebraska was extremely disappointing well before these last 5 years. They’ve actually improved over the last 2 years because they were so awful previously Notre Dame played for a Natty 2 years ago & is one of the winningest programs in the entire sport over the last 5 years

Agree 1,000% and that’s exactly the problem imo Beamer overachieved there for a couple of years & it raised expectations to the point of unrealistic. Same thing happened with Stoops at Kentucky Those jobs are extremely hard to win at in general & almost impossible to sustain it (especially in this new modern no divisions SEC). Unfortunately most fans & people in general don’t feel that way.
