Every place down the shore is off. Two weeks ago I was informed Seaside Heights beach access off $800k and parking revenue off $450k. Some is due to 19 days of rain in June but I’m sure most of it is due to cost. My property tax on a commercial lot 75’x200’ went from $6200 per quarter to $9800. So if anyone wonders why a cheesesteak on the boardwalk cost $9 that’s why. In my parking lot I know that during the week night traffic is 80% vacationers. They don’t come in until after dinner because they can’t afford to feed the family on the boardwalk. There’s a point when people have to say it’s too expensive.

Has anyone been to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson NJ at all this year? This video from last week shows how empty the park was, seems concerning considering park attendance was down 9% from the previous year Hopefully they can turn things around soon, used to love going there
