😂 AGEGE IS HOME TO THE IGBO TRIBE The most common language in Lagos is Yoruba followed by Igbo. 😂 These are the kinds of Articles Igbos are putting online just to feel among “ inferiority complex on steroids “ I legit feel like the Igbo people think the opposite of YORUBA IS IGBO. What's with this parasitic Behaviour?

@DennisDaMennis6 @BashirAhmaad Biafrans should not forget 1967-70. But they should also not forget that if Igbo soldiers did not kill leaders of other regions while sparing their own to snatch power, and if not for the ego of Ojukwu; then 1967 - 70 would not have happened. Remember to they avoid a repeat.

We remember Sir Ahmadu Bello, popularly known as Sardauna, today and always. He was a prominent leader and one of the founding fathers of modern Nigeria. His contributions shaped our nation’s history, significantly. On January 15th, 1966, Sardauna was assassinated by Major Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu during the first coup in the history of Nigeria. Also assassinated in the coup was his longtime friend Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa alongside many political elites in the north and the west. Sardauna remains an iconic figure in Nigerian history, for his contributions to the unity and development of our dear nation. Allah ya gafartawa Sardauna. Ameen!

2023 election was a mental battle... Yorùbás were ashamed of associating and campaigning for their own.... To mention Tinubu's name in a city where he was born became a taboo... The Ibos decided who was good and bad... The Yorùbás who wanted to vote for Tinubu went to polls quietly... They couldn't even celebrate their victory... In Lagos... Home of the president??? How did we get here?? How??? How??? I thought we were practicing a democracy?? I thought what's good for @PeterObi having 90% of votes in the east is also good for @officialABAT having same in the west?? When did Yorùbás start caring about people's opinion on their choice??? Who made Igbos the determinants of good and evil??? These things must be corrected in 2027... You cannot boldly campaign for an Igbo man in Yorùbá land and shut the owners of the land up... We saw Igbos chasing people away and beating them up in polling units for voting an outsider in their land... We saw Igbos kill a Yorùbá person in Lagos... Never again should we allow people to shut us up in our lands... We must dictate where the stride flows...

@NaneTouch @GRVlagos So for a multi ethnic Nigeria, Ojukwu who wasted millions of lives to break the country is your choice poster. You support IPOB, denigrate Yorubas who hosted your settler Father when he was freed from slavery. You thrive on ethnic divison & talk of integration. Narcissism is real

I agree with your recommendations, except for the intermarriage suggestion. Why must we do intermarriage for peace to rain? You did not just suggest intermarriage, you said the government should compensate those who do it by giving them grants. Which in itself makes them superior. Intermarriage in a country like Nigeria is a sure way to erode the space of an ethnic group or even completely eradicate a minority. I will use yourself as an example: your mother is Igbo, while your father is Yoruba. You speak Igbo very well but know only a little Yoruba. This means there is a very small chance that your children will be fluent in Yoruba. In this sense, your Yoruba heritage is a minority, and given enough time, it may completely fade away. Imagine that scenario with smaller minorities. Each region speaks a different language; we share different cultures and values. We look at life differently and treat people differently. Why do we need to drop our identity for One Nigeria, a country made by the colonial masters? Nigeria is a nation made up of many nations, and I believe that if we return to the true federalism we originally agreed upon, the internal conflicts will cease. Each region would control its resources and be accountable to its people.

@OGUNDELEOLAMIL8 @tokunbo_wahab @AishaYesufu Wrong . It is the responsibility of residents to provide waste bin for their houses, then contact waste disposal organizations and arrange disposal at their cost. That's the process all over the world. The Govt is not responsible to pick the waste you generate in your house.

When people say Lagos is dirty, Lagos smells, it's not a ficticious statement - if anything, it is the sum total of our collective irresponsibility. Indiscriminate dumping of waste, blocking of drainage channels, open defecation, how would Lagos not be dirty?! @followlasg will not tolerate any form of indiscipline and indiscriminate waste disposal; there is a system of collection, use it. Flouting the rules will now carry grave consequences. Dispose your waste properly. Patronize your assigned PSP operator. Desist from defecating/urinating on the road side. #CleanerLagos

@oku_yungx That's not for an Osu from Igboland to say. Those people are Yorubas and Lagos is Yoruba land, so they have a say, not you. Even if an Igbo is born in Lagos, he is Igbo. State of residence is not recognised by the constitution, only state of origin. Go ask your father.

I have never been insulted as a Yoruba man in my life . This podcast reeks of insults and disrespect. How did we get here ? I actually thought it was a mere wishful thinking , I didn’t know they were this serious about ruling Lagos. I grew up with Igbos and I love the years of relationship Yorubas have been having with them. Can the bad elements amongst them stop this insult and let us live together in peace .

Dear Chukwuebuka, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you seem not to be aware of biological facts. Please fact-check me: There are only two kingdoms in the natural world. And they are the Animal Kingdom and the Plant Kingdom. Man is an animal. The only difference between man and lower forms of animals is that we are made in the Image of God and have His Spirit within us. The Lukumi Yoruba constitute less than 25% of Nigeria's population. Yet, in Nigeria's 64-year history, they have been at the helm of affairs for fifteen years. No other ethnicity has governed Nigeria for that long. So, yes, you can call people of Lukumi Yoruba descent 'animals'. Indeed, you are scientifically correct. However, as George Orwell said in his book Animal Farm, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others." Some animals live in a pig sty, which they do not like. Others live in a decent environment. Those who live in a pig sty are notorious for relocating to enjoy the climate of peace, progress, and prosperity, which are enjoyed by those who live in decency every day of the week, especially Monday. Thanks again, and may God bless you. #TableShaker

You are dealing with an enemy desperate to overrun you in your ancestral space. This very important fact must be well understood before the next election and any attempt to brand a son of Zik as a messiah must be brought down in Yorubaland. When they troll about Ilorin…. They remember that we are Yoruba people. When they troll about Dahomey invasion into Yorubaland, they remember we are Yoruba people. When they do their IPOB propoganda. They remember we are Yoruba people and call us Afonjas. When the topic suddenly changes to Lagos. We are not all Yoruba people again…. They suddenly claim some are ‘Lagosians’ and others are Osun and Ekitis. If you are still in the dark about the agenda of the confused invaders whose obsession for Yorubaland caused them so much shame that their warlord hard to escape to Ivory Coast at night in disguise…. You are a lost cause.

Aside ur PHD the education Ruben Abati really needs. Beyond the Classroom: The Education of Character We often equate education with formal degrees and diplomas. However, there's a more profound kind of education that shapes us into compassionate, rational, and responsible individuals. This education comes from: Life experiences Social interactions Emotional intelligence Self-reflection It's the education that teaches us empathy, critical thinking, and effective communication. It's the education that helps us navigate complex social issues, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships. Let's recognize that character education is just as vital as academic achievement. By embracing this broader definition of education, we can cultivate a more informed, empathetic, and rational society. #CharacterEducation #BeyondTheClassroom #EducationForLife"
