@IndiaInTurkiye @IndiaToday @mohol_murlidhar @RamMNK Our flight 6E12 from Istanbul to Delhi, operated by @IndiGo6E, has left nearly 600 passengers stranded at the airport. The scheduled departure was at 20:15, but we’ve now been informed it’s delayed until 13:50 the following afternoon due to “unforeseen reasons.”

@TK_HelpDesk @IndiGo6E @TurkishAirlines @DGCI Latest update: Finally landed in Mumbai with 8+ hours delay. Not sure if to curse @IndiGo6E for their regular mismanagement, or to praise the inflight turkish staff to cramp and manage crowd of 2 flights into one. For sure I will be avoiding flying this segment with Indigo again.

Absolutely shameless. Today’s flight is also delayed by 7 hours. I reckon it will be much more than that. They are saying 7 cos they don’t want to provide accommodation. Even Turkish ground staff is annoyed with Indigo for doing this repeatedly

Not sure why DGCA is turning blind eye on the pathetic operating of Indigo flights abroad. It does damage name of Turkish airlines, but also spoils image of India in front of international community. @TurkishAirlines @MEAIndia @DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E

@kirubaakaran I Leh, if you feel lack of oxygen, then you should go to the govt. Hospital and get treatment. Generally this helps your body adapt and then it is possible to continue the journey.

Even though July seems to be the ideal time to visit Ladakh, not sure if peak summer has anything to do with oxygen % in the atmosphere. Also it might not happen to everyone. Just be well prepared if you plan your Ladakh trip, anticipate all the worst case scenarios. Ladakh is so beautiful, no doubt about it but it might not suit everyone.

Happened with me in Pune a month back with Indigo only. Passengers have become soft targets.... Until @DGCAIndia wakes up from their sweet sleep, nothing will change...

It is surprising why none of the locked-in passengers called up police on 100 to complaint against the illegal confienment? How could they simply accept the illegal confinement as a normal SOP or way of flying? These passengers must file complaint against @IndiGo6E in court and seek huge damages for illegal confinement, physical discomfort and mental agony. @JM_Scindia @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @Pib_MoCA #RadhikaApte #Indigo

@TK_HelpDesk And the scammers have reached to traveller much before the actual helpful does... Any kind of response from airline help desk is still awaited, while elderly passengers are waiting for 20+hours at Istanbul airport without any clue on when they finally depart...

@TK_HelpDesk When I DM the contact and ticket info to @TK_HelpDesk, someone called me on that number from booking .com, said they call from Turkish airlines, and asked me to install a money transfer app and put in bank details in it. It's pathetic how the info leaks from verified account DM.

@TurkishAirlines @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @MEAIndia Yesterday Istanbul - Mumbai flight TK4750/6E18 was cancelled. Pax including sr. citizens are left to sleep at airport benches without mattress/blankets. For 24 hr delay from airline, no facilities are provided.

@IndiGo6E Despite of DM with all required info, nobody from Indigo has approached us in any way. Travellers stuck at Istanbul airport are clueless about when the flight will depart. Some say 8 PM, some say 11 PM. No clarity... No support to travellers... Just false auto-replies till now...

@igairport No shower / facility to freshen up provided for a full day delay. Only a small sandwich was given, without taking considering the dietary/medical needs of senior citizens. Lots of such passengers are stranded today on Istanbul airport benches waiting to fly to Mumbai.
