@Natalie_ACR (p.s. I know it's mad giving this advice to a professional script writer but I find this helps me to just get it going!)
English

@Natalie_ACR Write "the shit version" at the top and use the abbreviation NTB when you get stuck with the exact words e.g. Not This But...

I’m doing it again! Heavily procrastinating on a first draft for a short because it refuses to flow out of my brain perfect and pristine. Anyone have any suggestions for not doing this every time I do a first draft? #screenwriting
English

@WorksWithWords I think when it is still there it's marketed as comedy and to older people. Catastrophy comes to mind, but that's a rare example.

@RealMattKing I fitted a shower by myself the other day muttering "it's just water Lego" under my breath and guess what? I really was just water Lego.

@StarraEducation Tommy. Every single boy I fancied wore that.

@TheBookerPrizes People Person by @CandiceC_W. I enjoyed this so much. Nails a large messy family perfectly.

English

@Liz_ORiordan I'm really loving People Person by Candice Carty-Williams at the moment. Great story, great characters.
English

#booktwitter I need a recommendation - good story with characters I like - in the same ilk as Lessons in Chemistry, Eleanor Oliphant etc

@AndyLycett @robfox1878 @SamWhyte Yep we did that too. Turns out Sausage party is not okay for 5 year olds...
English

@robfox1878 @SamWhyte My wife did similar to our (at the time) 5/6 year old granddaughters with the kids cartoon “Sausage Party”

@RealMattKing @YouTube Love the bunker scene. Underrated double act.
English

@Matedwards7 And the endless questions! Although the constant stream of consciousness is quite handy as I always know he's nearby when it's busy...
English

@Matedwards7 Well done, it's always worth it. My son is 13, he always thanks drivers when he crosses the road, and grumbles when asked to do something but does it immediately. He's a rule follower and most problems we face are his frustrations that others don't follow the rules. Go Ethan x

@chadcalder50954 @ArtCandee Lol imagine posting how amazing his wife is and thinking it's a negative. This makes me like him more.
English

@MattHighton I just love it. Hank Azeria. That brooding French Guy. Big monster. Great soundtrack. 10/10

@JaneyGodley This thread is gorgeous.
