What booking apps you guys using for booking appointments? I’ve tried Booksy, Fresha and Sammy Xpert. I’m looking for something with a customisable look and feel and also low fees

@Natalie_ACR (p.s. I know it's mad giving this advice to a professional script writer but I find this helps me to just get it going!)

@Natalie_ACR Write "the shit version" at the top and use the abbreviation NTB when you get stuck with the exact words e.g. Not This But...

I’m doing it again! Heavily procrastinating on a first draft for a short because it refuses to flow out of my brain perfect and pristine. Anyone have any suggestions for not doing this every time I do a first draft? #screenwriting

@WorksWithWords I think when it is still there it's marketed as comedy and to older people. Catastrophy comes to mind, but that's a rare example.

@RealMattKing I fitted a shower by myself the other day muttering "it's just water Lego" under my breath and guess what? I really was just water Lego.

Last year, I said when I meet doctorate milestones, as I treat I would buy myself a perfume. I started buying nostalgic scents from my teens/early 20s. Clinique Happy, Cerutti 1881, DKNY, Cool Waters, CK One. Every spray takes me back, lots of fun. What perfume would you add?

My friend thought her 7 year old might be the right age for Shaun of the Dead. Nick Frost said "cunt" within 58 seconds.

@Matedwards7 Well done, it's always worth it. My son is 13, he always thanks drivers when he crosses the road, and grumbles when asked to do something but does it immediately. He's a rule follower and most problems we face are his frustrations that others don't follow the rules. Go Ethan x

This is my son Ethan. Ethan is 14 and he has autism. Today his mum and sister had an appointment at Addenbrookes Hospital so it fell upon me to take Ethan out for the day. If you're interested this is a thread about how we got on. Word of warning, there aren't any pictures. 1/13

I have been carrying around the first part of a joke in my head for over a decade. It's so perfect but I just can't think of a punchline. So now I'm cursing you, too, with the set up: what's the difference between a raffia mat and a mafia rat?

Tell me your old picnic stories - - my pals parents used to bring a pot and potatoes and peel them on the beach and boil them - then eat them with butter in the sunshine of Troon. My maw used to bring boiled eggs and salt and they stank like blocked drains Tell me yours
