@ScoutingTheRefs Its actually pretty disgusting how many calls are missed. I understand they can't see everything but when a players head jerks back and he is holding his face u don't have to be a genius to know its a high stick review it and make the call.

Canes got away with a clear faceoff violation here for playing the puck with the hand on a draw. No call. Rule 67.2 - A minor penalty shall be assessed for “delay of game – face-off violation” to a player ... who attempts to win the face-off by batting the puck with their hand.
