@delhivery your service is absolutely shit. It’s been 5 days I’ve been waiting for a parcel and your person doesn’t show up. I can’t even cancel the order from the app. I needed the things to reach the receiver 2 days ago. Don’t accept orders if you can’t service them.

Hi @TurkishAirlines I’m flying to Schengen via Istanbul. Mumbai to Istanbul on 12th June and board from Istanbul on 13th and arrive in Schengen area on 13th. My Schengen visa starts on 13th June. Will I be able to board the flight on 12th..I have will an active Turkish visa…

@AnchalArora4 @TurkishAirlines Anchal, what they’re saying is correct. They have to accept it, if you are following the Visa regulations. For instance if you’re Schengen starts from the 13th but until then you have a valid Turkish visa, then you’ll be fine, because you’ll ideally be in Europe from visa date

@kumailam4 Yes bob date on ticket will match the date of Schengen visa start date. Since it’s a transit journey and not break journey. I am trying to get one clear answer from TK but failing! Thanks for your inputs though, it helps.

@TK_HelpDesk This is not the airport security this is related to your own ground staff. Will they allow to board or not is the question. I am aware of the destination visa country requirements. This question is specific to Turkish Airline rule
