@waruder The best time to go to a Whataburger is just after 11:00 pm at night. They start the Breakfast menu at that time, but still serve the day menu as well. Getting to taste the breakfast biscuits as well as the hamburgers is the best time. Freshest food.

@SaffronOlive It could be cute if you did a similar thing, but with off-meta Standard Decks rather than the 'best'. People submit interesting lists they remember, or made, and how they competed against the big guys and playing out fun or novel brews.

We've decided that for the Best Standard Deck Ever tournament that if an old deck was built specifically to abuse a rule that existed at the time but doesn't exist now, we'll let that deck play by that rule. This is especially relevant for The Deck, which had a gameplan of going to zero life and then using Mirror Universe to swap life totals with the opponent because the rule at the time was that you wouldn't die (even at zero life) until the end of the phase. That rule might also matter for Channel Fireball (which could technically pay to zero life with Channel and then cast Fireball to win/draw the game.) We're only doing this for rules that were essential to a deck's gameplan and we're not playing by all the old rules, only using the specific one that matters to the deck.

Stanisław Ulam was sitting through a dull lecture when he began doodling on graph paper. He wrote the number 1 in the center, then spiraled outward—2, 3, 4, 5, and so on—simply to pass the time. But then he did something remarkable: he circled all the prime numbers—2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13... What he saw next was astonishing. The primes were not scattered randomly as everyone had assumed. Instead, they formed striking diagonal lines across the spiral—like hidden highways running through the numbers. This seemed impossible. Prime numbers are supposed to be irregular and unpredictable, yet here they were, aligning in beautiful patterns no one had noticed before. When Ulam showed his discovery to other mathematicians, they were amazed.
