@WeAreOpenreach please ask the driver of your van which just sped through the 20mph zone of Mill Road, Occold, Suffolk at 1655hrs to SLOW DOWN and not stick up his middle finger at villagers who politely wave to suggest he slows down. There is a primary school and no pavement!

Dear @ipswichschool PLEASE can you remind the driver of your school-branded mini-bus that the 20mph zone in Mill Road, Occold is in place as there is a school adjacent to the road, no pavement and it is a residential area. It applies 24/7 even @ 0728hrs on the last day in January

@aramando @The_NFRSA @CotswoldLadyB We use dark colours to hide. We use bright colours to be seen As a driver cyclists in dark colours are less obvious than those wearing bright colours. Ergo, those less obvious are at higher risk of not being seen. I drive a car and that is the reality.

It was such a happy day going over the border yesterday - but it nearly ended in disaster. Lady B was in the cycle lane, waving to fellow cyclists, just as a woman in a red car dangerously overtook a lorry, nearly hitting her, & causing the support car to swerve. Not a nice experience at all.
