@GutFirstHealth Spot on , i think one of the most important things is the bi-directional relationship between the gut and liver. Important to address both of those at once.

Every food sensitivity besides an allergy boils down to: - A damaged gut lining and thinned mucus lining - Low stomach acid - Poor bile flow And the rest is a result of all of the above. Histamine issues and mast cell activation are a symptom of a damages gut lining, SIBO is a symptom of low stomach acid or poor bile flow. Although this sounds like a simplification, it frees you from trying random elimination diets and probiotics hoping it'll fix things. Work on these three instead, in 3 months time you'll likely be eating these foods again
Dalton (Analyze & Optimize)@Outdoctrination

Why you CAN'T TOLERATE these foods: ◇ Eggs, garlic, onion - hydrogen sulfide bacteria ◇ Gluten (non-celiac) - high gut serotonin ◇ High protein meals - low stomach acid ◇ High fat meals - low bile acid production ◇ High fiber foods - SIBO / colonic dysbiosis ◇ Simple sugars - candida ◇ Lactose / dairy - hypothyroidism, dysbiosis ◇ Fermented foods (kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha) - histamine intolerance ◇ Spinach, beets, almonds - oxalate accumulation (low calcium intake, low B6) ◇ Nightshades (peppers, potatoes) - intestinal permeability

@SSavson I think the majority of cases would be resolved by resolving bile /liver issues and subsequently gut issues

Your argument undermines itself unless you reject all advancements in physics from the last >100 years All love, btw - long time free domain supporter and UPB Appreciator If you believe in Einstein's theory of relativity, you believe there is no single universal linear time that all observers share Most religions explicitly state that free will is an inherent quality of creation You also believe in free will Most genuinely good people agree that free will exists (without empirical evidence) There has to be more than 4 dimensions of reality for genuine free will to exist Otherwise we are just watching a prerecorded 4D movie Quantum superposition requires multiple valid states coexisting Most cutting edge 5D models show how those effects and branching timelines naturally emerge from higherndimensional geometry Omniscience means god holds every possible timeline at once, and your free will decides which one YOU experience God is already experiencing all simultaneously because omniscient and omnipresent No one rational or "enlightened" believes in infinite punishment for finite sins, Stefan All you ever do is tear apart specific theological models used to control people with fear, dismiss everything else as "silly word games", and act like you rationally proved that a creator does not exist But why??? The existence of a creator increases the validity of UPB and vice versa Does universal moral law show up in direct sensory evidence? No. You can't touch it, taste it, smell it, climb it, or hear it rustling in the wind (your words) Is it self contradictory? No. You wrote 246 pages proving it is internally consistent You accept that objective, binding, universal truths can be established through rational necessity without direct sensory evidence You made this explicit when you said "neither the scientific method nor numbers themselves exist within reality either, yet science and mathematics remain objective disciplines." And "our capacity to reason is derived from the stable and predictable behavior of matter and energy" So... *What is the nature of a reality* that is rationally ordered, contains a binding moral architecture, generates consciousness through (or within) you, and behaves with perfect stability across billions of years? What kind of existence has all of these properties simultaneously? And why does your inquiry into every other question proceed with relentless rigor but stop dead at this one? Genuinely curious Stefan! We are not asking you to accept a bearded patriarch in the sky or kneel before any theology We are asking you to follow your own method to its conclusion instead of stopping where the answers start to resemble something you have spent your career opposing You cataloged the rational order of reality across two books and hundreds of videos You mapped the moral architecture of existence in painstaking detail You demonstrated that consciousness, reason, and ethics all point toward a unified structure you can describe but will not investigate further At some point the refusal to ask what that structure IS stops being skepticism and starts being its own act of faith And that's fine, but... You are pushing away the exact audience smart enough to understand UPB and disciplined enough to practice peaceful parenting by acting like you disproved a creator, when you really just disprove sunday school tier theology in a Newtonian sandbox That trades not worth it when we're trying to build a better world All love Stefan, genuinely hope you sit with this one

You need to be sweating minimum 3x/week. Skin is a legit detox pathway. Sweat carries out heavy metals, BPA, phtalates, and other pollutants. Some potentially in higher concentrations than blood or urine. Your liver and kidneys can only detox so much. Too much toxic burden and they can start recirculating. Sweat takes a major burden off of these organs. Sweating aside, the cardiovascular adaptations, mood boosts, metabolic enhancement, and hormetic stress adaptation are all noticeable benefits from heat shock. 3 times a week is the floor for compounding.

No. More cholesterol ≠ more testosterone. Steroid production only requires ~300–400 mg cholesterol/day. One egg has ~180–200 mg, so 2 eggs already cover that range. Eating 32 eggs/day (224 per week, ~5.8–6.4 g cholesterol) won’t push testosterone higher because cholesterol supply isn’t the limiting step. Leydig cells already obtain cholesterol through LDL uptake and de novo synthesis. The real bottlenecks are LH signaling and steroidogenic enzymes. Interestingly, hypercholesterolemia is often associated with lower testosterone, likely due to oxidative stress, inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, and impaired Leydig cell function. And importantly, the body can synthesize cholesterol from any macronutrient (carbs, fat, or protein) via acetyl-CoA → mevalonate → cholesterol. Dietary cholesterol itself is never a limiting factor.

Camel milk is the most underrated dairy source - About 30% of the lactose of cow milk - Higher in omega-3 and short chain fats - Digestible A2 casein (similar to goat) - More calcium, iron, and vitamin C - Near 1:1 Ca/P ratio - 30-65% of the thiamine RDI per 100ml

@DrSteveGoeddeke Imo its more connected to dysfunctional bile metabolism and less about the vitamin A itself. If you have a hard time breaking down fat or fat soluble vitamins due to issues with bile handling youre going to do better with lower of any of the fats / fat soluble vitamins.

The vitamin A topic is officially BORING to me. I have a lot of direct experience with the topic, having "maxed" it for many years, and then did a low vitamin A diet for 3 years. I hope I my experiences can add to the understanding of the complexity around the topic. First of all, nobody is deficient. If it is important, it's really not that damn important if you can do a very low A diet for years and not get significant problems, and it takes 3 years for your blood levels to even start to drop. It didn't cause Grant problems, and it didn't cause me problems after 3 years, that weren't already there. I don't have a full explanation why yet, but my wife got super sick on the diet. Was it heading in that direction already? Probably. I'm guessing it had little to do with the low vitamin A and probably more to do with low calcium and low nitrates. That probably broke her redox and NOS pathways. Did the same thing to me. This eventually affects the immune system regulation and the vascular system. I got 95% better with sacroiliitis, and maybe 75% better with spine and joint pain. It was great, but also wasn't the root cause of my health problems. The interesting thing about it is this: it's "SUPPOSED" to pump TReg cells and suppress TH17 immunity. In most it probably does this. But in people like me and many others I've spoken to, in extreme excess it cranks TH17 through the roof and causes sacroiliitis, gut issues, possibly all kinds of spine and joint pain. Excess can cause hypercalcemia and all kinds of organ stress. Don't overdo vitamin A. But also be aware that if you are toxic, your body is probably dysregulated in some other big way to cause that, because you should be able to clear it faster so you're not accumulating. Lowish vA is a good practice and good crutch if you're sick but it's probably not the deepest root cause of your problems. And if you do a low vitamin A diet, make sure you don't break your NOS systems on the low calcium and nitrates. Don't drink the kool-aid all the way.

Grounding, the practice of standing barefoot on the earth, is one of the most underrated ways to calm an agitated nervous system It noticeably lowers cortisol and shifts things toward a more parasympathetic state The closest comparison would probably be vagus nerve stimulation
