How To AI
How To AI@HowToAI_·
Researchers proved that every single elementary function, sin, exp, log, sqrt, comes from one single binary operator. It is like finding the “God Particle" for calculus. In computer science, every complex program breaks down to a single logical operator: the NAND gate. It is the fundamental building block of all digital reality. But for continuous math, physics, engineering, machine learning, we thought we needed a massive toolbox. Addition. Subtraction. Trigonometry. Logarithms. Every scientific calculator and neural network has to juggle all of them. Until today. But this paper proved that every single mathematical function can be generated by a single, bizarre binary operator. eml(x,y) = exp(x) - ln(y). Combine that with the number 1, and you can build everything. Pi. The square root. Sine and Cosine. Arithmetic. It is all just the exact same operator, repeating over and over again in a binary tree. Nobody anticipated this existed. It was found by systematic exhaustive search. But the implications for AI are massive. Instead of an AI struggling to combine different mathematical rules to discover a new scientific law, it can just use a single, uniform architecture. One trainable circuit. One repeatable node. We thought the language of the universe was complex. It turns out, it's just one equation repeating in the dark.

🚨A HACKER GROUP JUST STOLE 4,000 OF GITHUB'S OWN PRIVATE REPOSITORIES.. PUT THEM UP FOR SALE FOR $50,000.. AND THE WAY THEY GOT IN IS THE SCARIEST PART.. They didn't hack GitHub's servers.. They poisoned a VS Code extension.. One GitHub employee installed it.. And the attackers walked through the front door using the employee's own credentials.. The group calls themselves TeamPCP.. They name their malware after the sandworms from Dune.. And they've been running the most sophisticated supply chain attack campaign in cybersecurity history.. Here's how the whole thing unfolded.. In March.. They poisoned Trivy.. One of the most trusted security scanners in the world.. Used by over 10,000 development workflows globally.. They injected credential-stealing malware into Trivy's official GitHub Action.. The malware ran silently BEFORE the security scan.. So every log showed "scan completed successfully" while the malware was stealing AWS keys, SSH credentials, database passwords, and Kubernetes tokens in the background.. It took Aqua Security 5 days to fully remove them.. Using the stolen credentials.. They breached Cisco Systems.. Cloned over 300 private repositories.. Including source code for unreleased AI products.. And repositories belonging to Cisco's customers.. Major banks.. Government agencies.. BPO firms.. In April.. They hit Checkmarx.. Another security vendor.. Poisoned 5 official Docker images in 83 minutes.. The scanner worked perfectly.. It just silently sent all your secrets to the attackers.. That automatically cascaded into Bitwarden.. The password manager.. Their CI/CD system pulled the poisoned Docker image.. And the attackers injected malware into Bitwarden's official CLI package published on npm.. One compromised security scanner poisoned a password manager.. Automatically.. No human involved.. In May.. They hit TanStack.. Libraries downloaded millions of times per week.. 84 malicious package versions across 42 packages.. And here's the terrifying part.. The malware scraped the raw memory of GitHub's build servers.. Extracted authentication tokens.. Used those tokens to bypass two-factor authentication.. And then published the infected packages with completely valid cryptographic signatures.. Every security verification tool on earth said the packages were legitimate.. Because they were signed by the real pipeline.. Using real keys.. The attackers just happened to be inside the pipeline when it signed.. They defeated the entire trust model of modern software supply chains.. The same week they hit the Nx Console VS Code extension.. 2.2 million installations.. The malware specifically targeted Claude Code configurations.. Hunting for AI assistant credentials.. That's a first.. Supply chain malware designed to steal your AI's access keys.. Then on May 19.. They revealed the GitHub breach.. 4,000 internal repositories.. Listed for sale at $50,000.. With a warning.. "If nobody buys it.. We leak everything for free".. Their malware is self-propagating.. Once it infects one package.. It automatically finds every other package that developer maintains.. Steals the publish tokens.. And infects all of them.. Then those packages infect the next developer.. And the next.. It jumps between npm and PyPI automatically.. The group doesn't even do the extortion themselves.. They sell stolen credentials to ransomware gangs.. One gang used TeamPCP's data to threaten Cisco with leaking FBI and NASA personnel records.. And the scariest part of all.. They didn't break any encryption.. They didn't find any zero-days.. They exploited the fact that the entire software industry blindly trusts its own build tools.. Every security scanner.. Every Docker image.. Every VS Code extension.. Every GitHub Action.. Is a potential weapon if someone poisons it upstream.. And right now.. Nobody can tell the difference between a legitimate build and a compromised one.. Because the compromised ones have valid signatures too.

Linus Torvalds is fed up with AI usage recently. In his latest kernel update, Linus Torvalds revealed that the Linux kernel's private security mailing list has become "almost entirely unmanageable" Why? Because it is flooded with duplicate bug reports from people running the same AI tools on the same code. Same bugs. Same day. No fixes. Just endless "pointless churn" for the volunteers keeping your Linux systems secure. He is blunt (as always): “AI tools are great, but only if they actually help, rather than cause unnecessary pain.” This isn't anti-AI, it's anti-slop. Real open source work still needs humans who understand what they're reporting. What do you think? Is AI helping or hurting open source right now?

Health Freedom Defense Fund
BREAKING: The Supreme Court just delivered a massive blow to health freedom. “This should frighten us all.” “The system is not going to protect us.” Here’s what happened: A federal court quietly delivered one of the most terrifying rulings ever last year. The Ninth Circuit Court said the government can force any medical intervention on you. With no evidence or judicial review. This is the backstory: In 2021, we filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District over their Covid-19 vaccine mandates alongside California Educators for Medical Freedom and several individual plaintiffs. In July 2025, the Ninth Circuit Court ruled against us. They said that as long as authorities say a mandate is for “public health,” then the courts shouldn’t question them. And that it didn’t matter whether or not the Covid shots actually worked. All that matters is that authorities said they did. So we petitioned the Supreme Court to review this egregious and unprecedented ruling. But today, the Supreme Court officially denied our petition. HFDF President Leslie Manookian: “This means that the Ninth Circuit’s egregious ruling—that it doesn’t matter whether a shot stops transmission or infection, all that matters is that a state official could have believed a shot would help individual members of the public—will stand.” “And it’s now precedent in the largest circuit in the United States.” “But this is the most important thing for us to all take away: the system is not going to protect us.” “It’s up to us, the people … to refuse to ever obey a mandate from authority again.” “They’re already stirring the pot of fear about the supposed African disease … and this new one from the cruise ships.” “This is what’s coming, folks.” “What is going to protect us … is us as individuals standing up, linking arms with our friends and our neighbors, and saying no, we refuse to comply.” “We will never again obey your civil liberty-violing mandates.” “And we have to fight state by state to pass laws that protect our rights and freedoms.” “Because the federal government’s not going to do it.” This is a saddening setback for health freedom—but we are not giving up. This year, we launched a coalition to outlaw medical mandates across the state legislatures. And we’re seeing incredible progress. In 2025, Idaho’s Medical Freedom Act outlawed almost all medical mandates. This year, multiple state legislatures have already passed similar laws to outlaw medical mandates. And similar laws are advancing through state committees in more states. “While I’m incredibly saddened by this, I’m also galvanized.” @LeslieManookian
Health Freedom Defense Fund@theHFDF

The media is freaking out about us right now. Why? Because we’re on the verge of getting almost all medical mandates BANNED in multiple states right now. Including vaccines. Leslie Manookian received a “deluge of texts, emails, and phone calls from major media” after she announced our Medical Freedom Act Coalition. “It means that we’re right over the target.” She led the successful charge to pass Idaho’s Medical Freedom Act in 2025. Now, we’re bringing that victory nationwide. Arizona’s Medical Freedom Act just passed the state House and Senate. And at least a dozen more states have introduced Medical Freedom Acts. Health freedom is sweeping America, and the Big Pharma-owner media is freaking out. @LeslieManookian @WestonAPrice

🚨 Trump Claims A New Experimental Drug Reverses Death — Literally Bringing People Back to Life In a press conference this week, US President Donald Trump claimed that an experimental drug has the power to "bring dead people back to life," citing anecdotal cases of recovery after patients were "gone." “We’ve taken people that were dead. We had a person given the last rites — gone, the kids are crying and everything — and started them on this drug. And the person became better. It works,” he said. While he linked these successes to the Right to Try Act—a policy allowing terminally ill patients to access experimental treatments—he provided no clinical data or the specific name of the substance. So, what does all this mean? Medical professionals have responded with significant skepticism, clarifying that recovering from a critical state is fundamentally distinct from reversing clinical death. In short, they say that such a drug simply does not exist. Additionally, experts expressed dismay that the US administration is promoting fake drugs while simultaneously implementing a significant shift in public health funding, moving to gut programs for FDA-approved life-saving treatments like Narcan. They also noted that federal support for proven death-preventing tools (such as fentanyl test strips) is being prohibited. In short, most expert respondents said that the government should focus on supporting existing, proven drugs and tools. source: Associated Press (2026). Linux users might not need Wine much longer. Winpodx launches Windows apps like they’re native Linux applications. No full desktop VM. No messy compatibility layers. No weird launcher hacks. Just click Word and it opens like a normal Linux app. • separate native windows • proper taskbar icons • drag & drop + clipboard • audio + USB support • automatic app discovery • reverse file opening between Linux & Windows • supports KDE, GNOME, Wayland, X11 and more The entire thing is open-source and installs with basically a single command. Honestly insane engineering. Could projects like this finally remove one of Linux’s biggest barriers?
