Because of my age I would likely move to Malta or Cyprus. I am an old dog and don't want to learn new tricks. Many would move to France or Spain, but frankly illegal immigrants are overrunning them as well. Countries within the EU are incapable of controlling illegals, yet we are outside of them and we are a bloody island and take more of them than virtually any other country. Breaks my heart watching our country go down the sewer.

No, two reasons: 1. Show that ‘I am here’ and my voting intention so restore and others know. And hope others do the same as it helps shift the middle ground right even if we ‘don’t win’ 2. I don’t think compromising is how winning is done. Or patriotism. This next election isn’t the last. We’re not in last chance territory yet I think whoever wins the next one will face huge backlash. The media and judges and NGOs are going to continue to sabotage this country more than than even the gov. And unless restore get rid of the House of Lords I don’t see how they will be able to do all of what’s necessary either? The more people see after the next election the more people will finally wake up. I can see why people think there will be unrest/ civil war. What do you think?

Parties and rosettes aside, people like Nick Timothy, Katie Lam, Nigel Farage and Rupert Lowe deserve credit. They are putting their heads above the parapet and saying what many were silenced for just a few years ago, shifting the Overton window back towards open debate while challenging sectarian politics and the culture of intimidation. Right-wing voters should support men and women like this. They are giving a voice back to people who were once stifiled. @NJ_Timothy take a bow.

Kent Council voted for a 3.8% pay and expenses increase. This follows their actions last year when taking office and cutting their own expenses by 5%. And while the mighty @kevinhollinrake tries to smear Reform, perhaps he should look at his own pay increase this year which is rising by another 5% which is 2% above inflation. Hang your head Mr Hollinrake.

A few minutes ago the entire opposition @Kent_cc walked out of the Chamber in protest @reformparty_uk gagging of democracy. Against advice and guidance of the Electoral Commission, independent Constitutional Barristers and the Council's own Monitoring Officer, ReformUK insisted on tabling their motion declaring a Migration Emergency, even though the council is with the 'Purdah" period when they are legally prohibited from debating issues which might influence the outcome of local elections presently taking place. The only way they could do this was by the Chairman informing elected members that they were barred from criticising Reform, make political points or criticise the policy. The opposition parties met at lunchtime and agreed that the rules of debate set by the Reform-appointed Chairman made it impossible to oppose (which is our job). This is a sad day for democracy, a sad day for good governance and a sad day for Kent and an example of what ReformUK will be like in government.
