You don't have to be a medical practitioner to know that repeated blows to the head can result in catastrophic injuries to the brain. A bleed being one such injury.

This is the reason the man doesn't move. He doesn't move his head. He doesn't move his arms. His arms stay underneath him. His hand continue to grip the knife. But he makes no move to attack. He is suffering NMI. The kicks were totally unnecessary.

This is very clearly not protocol for restraining someone who has just been tasered and no once can offer an explanation defending this on the lines of police policy.

Watch the video.. the cops have just been called to a man stabbing people... That's the suspect.. tazer is not 100% , he still had a knife... He s lucky they weren't armed and had proper holes put in him.
