On behalf of their client, Zara Sultana, Bindmans Media and Information Law Practise Group requires that I publish the following statement on X, and that such statement must be clearly visible and pinned to my profile for a continuous period of no less than 24 hours: “On 30 March 2026, I published a post on my X account addressed to Zarah Sultana in which I stated that she encourages and incites violence and is friends with terrorists. Those statements are false. I was wrong and offer my sincere apologies to Ms Sultana for the harm and distress caused to her.” It is my very great pleasure to do this, and I reiterate my sincere and repeated offer to meet with Miss Zara Sultana in person to resolve our differences.

🚨 ITALY JUST SHUT DOWN FOR PALESTINE! 🇮🇹🇵🇸 Nationwide general strike in 75+ cities! Millions flood the streets of Milan, Naples, Florence & Turin. Country completely paralyzed for 24 hours transport, schools, ports, logistics ALL stopped. Port workers blocked arms shipments to Israel. Police fired tear gas in Milan after clashing with protesters near the central station. Why? Meloni refused to recognize Palestine → the people said NO MORE. Their demands: 1️⃣ Recognize the State of Palestine 2️⃣ Halt ALL arms sales to Israel 3️⃣ Sanctions on Netanyahu’s government 4️⃣ End the genocide in Gaza NOW

It's all unraveling for Farage. Not in the way I thought, which was to do money laundering. But it will all come out in the wash.

Israel is using dogs to rape Palestinians. There are multiple testimonies about this crime. When I first reported on this obscenity, it triggered a firestorm. The New York Times has now, finally, reported on it - and Israel's systematic use of sexual violence.

@Heccles94 Exactly. The industrial scale tax dodgers escape far too much scrutiny.

@JohnSlinger One thing I've not heard about from the Labour party are the negative effects on the electorate from Labour's endless austerity policies. Did you know they're human too? Compassion for our rulers; cruelty for us.

One thing I’ve not heard much of in the debate about who should be Prime Minister of our country is the human being at the centre of this, & his family, & the effect of this on them all. The vitriol is off the scale. Show some humanity. People we disagree with are not enemies

Fact check This is misleading. The statistic is about people born outside the UK, not “foreign nationals.” Many are British citizens and long-term residents. Even Full Fact and Reuters corrected this framing
Jeremy Vine & Daytime on 5@JeremyVineOn5

"If you look at London, for example, 50% of social housing is foreign nationals, and I don't think that's fair." @emilyhewertson suggests a Brits first approach to benefits and housing, but @MatthewStadlen says this would create a "two-tier society". #StormandAlexis

@FT Isn't this breaking GDPR? I don't consent to my data being shared, I haven't been advised of it's exact uses in writing & haven't been given an opportunity to explicitly opt out of sharing my data, all of which is required under GDPR laws.

EXC: Lisa Nandy tells @cathynewman there will be no return to single market or free movement with the EU (raising the question of how far Keir Starmer's EU reset announced this AM can actually go) “I don't think anyone in this country wants to reopen the Brexit debate. We had a referendum. That referendum was won by leave. "The majority of people voted for it…. there's no appetite, either from the government, from Europe, or from the public, I think, to start getting into renegotiating things like free movement, single market access. "We went around that track for years during the Brexit wars. This country doesn't need any more division."
