They said this season is the worst Premier league season ever but I wonder how come Manchester United didn't win it. They are 14 points behind. Chelsea spent crazy money and are at the risk of getting PSR's hammer soon but yet couldn't win the title. They are currently 30 points ( 10 matches of 1/3 of the season ) behind. We were just 2 points ahead of Guardiola and Manchester City in December, they saw it as an opportunity and went all out to buy the best winger in the league as of January and the 2nd or 3rd best defender in the league as of January but yet they couldn't win the title. They tried to buy their way to another title but FAILED. Liverpool spent £500m to add to a title winning squad but are likely to finish 4th, more than 15 points behind Arsenal. If the Premier league this season is such an easy run, how come these teams didn't win it?

Funny to think the reason that Bruno Fernandes won Player Of the Year (assists) was the reason they dammed Mesut Ozil and refused to even countenance awarding him Player of the Season for Arsenal. The agendas are real. Laughably real

So it’s fine when Rodri, Haaland, Bernardo Silva & Cherki were bantering the Arsenal players…. But now Arsenal players are getting their lick back there’s a problem? You bottled it. Your players gave it the biggun and bottled it. We’re champions. You’re cheats. 👍🏻
The City Ramble@TheCityRamble

Fans bantering fans is fair game. Always has been, always will be. But professionals on hundreds of thousands of pounds per week getting rattled by a bloke with a bottle. Yep, Rodri was right! 👍

We’ve been told all season that open play goals mean more than set piece goals. Well if that’s the case, Bruno is bottom of this list.

I’m not having this revisionism around Pep like he turned water into wine at City. He walked into a state-backed club with bottomless money, questionable sponsorship deals and now 115 charges hanging over them. Let’s not pretend he built some underdog story. Even Mancini and Pellegrini both won the league there and, dare I say it, City played some unbelievable football under them too. We’ll never know what Pellegrini or Mancini could’ve achieved with unlimited spending power, world class squads stacked two deep in every position and financial rules allegedly bent beyond recognition. Pep’s obviously an elite coach. Nobody sensible denies that. But the greatest manager in premier league history? Not for me. Greatness has to include context, not just trophies bankrolled by a nation state.

@robggill @caladanbrood27 Well said. Some of their fans are an absolute disgrace and have been since at least the 1990s.

Slot is really complimentary of Arsenal. The caption is misleading and acts like he’s mocking Arsenal for their style. Sky purposely captioned it without the entire context of his quote. Do better, @SkySportsNews. Trying to stir up fan bases for clicks.

Foden and Palmer left out, why? Because theyve stunk the place out all season. Finally have a manager who chooses players he wants and not the sacred cows that some in the media want.

Arsenal have received more criticism for winning the premier league than: - Liverpool have for bottling a 5 point lead after spending £500m - Chelsea have for finishing 8th with a £2billion squad - Spurs have for finishing 17th with a more expensive squad than Arsenal

He is the complete opposite of what most tw@ts think he is, really happy for him, was handed nothing on a plate like Slot or even Pep & had to fight & claw his way to this. He’s not perfect but then this is his first job so he’s learning on the job but he’s taken over a club on its knees with big demands, he held firm and did it, a lot of us wobbled at the start, myself included but he believed in himself and most of us got dragged along with him when we could see the vision. I’ll say it again, 1 billion over 7 years to overtake Liverpool & City is a huge compliment to him. He deserves a new contract and to be the best paid manager in the league. youtu.be/NhkFsoEZjH4?is…

Slot’s right. Over the last 4 years, the league has completely changed. It has become far more defensively secure with intense M2M pressing, making it much harder to score from open play. He himself fully packed his midfield the two times Liverpool played Arsenal, making it nearly impossible for either team to score except from a brilliant set piece. Some would call that really cowardly and him a total hypocrite. Not me. I’d call it smart. However, there was something different about this year. This year was the first time in all four where there was just one team with far more bravery than all the others. Just one team that was prepared to play high whilst the others hid and shut up shop, hoping to score on transition against that team. And that one team is Premier League Champions. So that salty bald fraud can suck it.

@inHighburyN5 He has no spine for such things. His cojones were evident with how he set up his super squad at the Emirates this season to defend in a low ass block.
