@BritishGas @BBCWatchdog I don’t want to email you over the internet. Any way I can call someone about this, the BG team? I’ve had nothing but grief since I joined them in 2023. Honestly nothing but headaches. This glitch got me into debt in the first place . But i take accountability .

@AngelLifeJ Looking at the previous messages, I can see you submitted your cancellation request on the 8th of August. Our payments team have a 21 working day response time for cancellations(not including weekends or Bank Holidays), it has been 20 working days ago since your request. 💚
