@karthik2k2 I agree with the longitivity part and both my mac (M1)and iPad air work really smooth but last year I had to cave and go for samsung s series. Apple really messed it up with ai,they feel do inferior now a days and they aren't even justifying the price anymore

I have an iPhone 13 and it is butter smooth even now. And my Mac is almost 9 years old ! When it comes to longevity of the devices, Apple is in a league of its own 😍

@arunv2808 I still fail to understand how people choose flats over independent house, i mean for 5cr u could get a 30*40 plot or bigger if u r in a lil less exp area.And u could build a lot bigger and house u want all within 5cr

I badly want real estate bubble to crash in India, and especially in Chennai. In a 4 storey building with a 20 feet approach road, a 3BHk with carpet 900 sqft (super built up 1400 sqft) is being quoted at ₹2.3Cr inclusive everything. The audacity of the sales person to say “just ₹2.3Cr” got me fuming, asking him what I’m getting for that amount. It doesn’t even have space for a fire engine to come in easily. People should realise to not pledge their life to the bank, by buying such mediocre properties. It’s better to put the foot down saying, there’s no value in the project and I’m not gonna shell out a bomb for this sh*t. There needs to be a @VishalBhargava5 for the Chennai market.

@_ambedkaritee I think a similar thing happened somewhere in the north,and an IAS officer stepped in and eat the food she made and also encouraged others to do so too.And he made sure she was not fired,I hope something similar happens here too

Netflix may be the most expensive OTT but it is true to its viewers. No shady practices, no ads, no on rent movies No hidden charges or shoddy practices is what consumers want Prime & JioHotstar will be rendered obsolete by viewers if they continue to operate the way they do now

@randomcricfacts Prime even after paying for no ads is cheaper, but ya I have to agree netflix actually is in a whole other tier.Their content is much superior they actually justify their price.

PM Modi turns 75 in September 2025. As per the internal guideline set up by himself in 2014, he would remain as PM only for 3 more months. Not vacating the post would make him an opportunist, hypocrite and liar. What decisions can we expect from Modi during his last 3 months?
