Extremely disappointed with @pnbindia service. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my CA Video KYC, but no representative joined despite being shown as Queue Position 1. This is wasting customers’ time. Please resolve this issue urgently and complete my Video KYC.#PNB #CustomerSupport

@MicrotekOfcl Service Request No. MJCWB202606081405314. Engineer replaced UPS PCB without prior approval, collected original PCB, later demanded ₹1450 payment. Paid on 10 Jun but till 16 Jun no invoice/receipt issued and original PCB not returned. Kindly investigate and resolve.
