@makemytrip Worst possible experience of bus booking through your app. No details provided, bus operator not picking calls, had to board another bus, that too not taking us to our location.
@makemytrip is the worst company in terms of customer service.we missed the bus because they are not picking the calls.they dint even provide the bus number even after taking full amount. Pathetic experience! Worst worst worst !!
