Day 52 30% margins today even thought ads got paused for 6 hours when i was sleeping. didn’t have enough money in my ad acc so ads got paused otherwise reckon could’ve cracked 1k day. US campaign broke even but WW went crazy at 5 ROAS so doubled budgets for WW. also the offer ab test is still pretty even gonna let it run another day to see more data. still profitable today. made 3 batch of ads today one voiceover script for winner video 1 batch male voice over 1 batch female voice over as checked demo and saw who my demographic is. also made a batch of BOF Offer based statics. only uploaded 2 batches don’t wanna upload too much. 1K days by end of week i told you i had i feeling about this prod from day 1. We grew a brand from $100K a month to $700K a month. That growth got them acquired by a huge multinational. They left us. The new company had everything in-house. Last week they came back (after 3 years). Asked us to come back on asap, and take over some of their other brands while we're at it. It’s the second time this year a brand boomeranged back to us like this. Turns out having it all in-house isn't the same as having it working.

imo the hardest part is keeping your foot on the gas when it feels like you’ve hit a dead end. Always give it a few more months going literally all in before you decide the business is capped or it’s time to move on. I almost sold my brand for a million in 2022 because we’d been stuck below $10k days for what felt like forever... and here we are today. Glad I didn’t quit early.

I did $𝟯.𝟭𝗠 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. Now I’m publicly taking a brand-new store from $𝟬 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭𝗠 to prove it wasn’t luck. Today is Day 10. Well, a bit better than yesterday, still got 3 orders but one buy 2 units. We are just BE so I'll let it run one more day at this budget. I just changed some point on the product page, hope it will improve the performance. Also added more trust in cart and checkout so I don't have to do it later. I'll share you all my optimization for cart and checkout tomorrow so make sure you follow me. I made $𝟯.𝟭𝗠 last month and today is day 9 of my 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝟬 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭𝗠 on a new store to prove that's not 𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗸. Well, this day had to happen, I was even surprised it didnt happen before lol First bad day of this testing, it's something normal at this level of spend (and at every spend level to be honest 🤣🤣) When it happens just tank it, tomorrow will be better! Keep working and keep pushing, launch more creative, double down on what worked so far. If it stays bad tomorrow I will descale a bit, if after tomorrow still bad I will cut and next. 0 - 100k Day July 17: launched some ads yesterday which did well. Just finished Evolve event, was super cool to meet a lot of guys, got a ton of ideas. I'm ready to head back home today and put my ass down to start writing new scripts. Also will probably test a CheckoutChamp funnel for this as well. The CVR will go down but I think I could make some killer upsell VSLs that will make up for it + I own my subs (rly worried about my MRR disappearing honestly)

Day 22 of Building a Real Ecom Brand If you use agency accounts, don’t repeat my mistake. Slash instant payments broke today and I couldn’t pay my agency. So I’ll probably won’t spend any money on Meta today, maybe even tomorrow, who knows. ALWAYS preload your accounts before the weekends. This simple mistake cost me time and money. But fuck it, we live and learn.

Evident is risking it all by using Shopify payments Why? Just started scaling very aggressively And they run subscriptions Its the perfect combination to get flagged on SP Even if you are so called “WH” (ps. no one in ecom is) You are always breaking some kind of consumer law For example with ai/fake reviews or testimonials Anyways… How are they risking it all? They have 0 ownership over their subscriptions Not in the sense of owning their card details But not owning the tokens They cant transfer them or keep rebilling them if SP gets shutdown This shit happens more than you think Every day I have someone new in my DMs who just got fucked Every single time I ask myself: “Why did they not switch to a CRM and MIDs sooner?” Could have completely avoided loosing multiple 6-7 figures in rebills Sad but true Then when I tell them these exist Plus are used by a ton of 8 fig per month stores They say: “What is that” No one in ecom for some reason teaches people about private processing Its literally an advantage over every competitor In the long run you will come out on top Cause while all of them are having to start from basically ZERO (Each time they get shutdown) You simply transfer the tokens to a new MID and keep processing Most importantly? You keep building up your MRR Now lets jump back to reality: -You are still on SP -You do not own your tokens -You are at risk of losing everything via a single email What the fuck are you waiting on?
