🇺🇸🇮🇷 U.S. vs Iran talks demands: Why they're not getting long U.S. Wants: -Dismantle major nuclear sites (Natanz, Fordow, etc). -Zero uranium enrichment + permanent no-nukes pledge. -Scrap ballistic missile program: -Cut all funding/arms to proxies (Hezbollah, Houthis, etc). -Fully reopen Strait of Hormuz for free shipping. -Full IAEA access everywhere. Iran Wants: -Ironclad guarantees the war never restarts -Full reparations for every bit of damage -End hostilities on all fronts (including Lebanon/Iraq) -International recognition of Iran's control over Strait of Hormuz (including possible fees). 🇺🇸🇮🇷 Wall Street is getting nervous. Recession risk is rising fast because of the Iran war and spiking oil prices. Goldman Sachs just hiked its odds to 30%, with gas now over $4 a gallon, inflation sticking near 3%, and unemployment expected to hit 4.6% by 2026. Higher fuel, food, and transport costs are squeezing families and starting to slow spendingeven with the tax cuts. Economists warn the damage could stick around even if the war ends soon. The economy is still projected to grow ~2% thanks to AI and data centers, but energy shock is becoming a real drag. War is expensive, and Americans are already feeling it at the pump. Lagere accijns op benzine is alsof we de wooncrisis moeten oplossen door de hypotheektentraftrek te verhogen om lage inkomens hun woonlasten te verlagen Ondertussen gaat de belasting op inkomen omhoog; je zou zeggen, een eenvoudige keuze voor een linkse politicus
