@greateranglia Thanks. Last weekend my husband did the same journey & the coaches were not wheelchair accessible. Your assistance line is usually great but to be told I have to travel to the station & they couldn't say how I would be able to get home if it was a coach was very worrying

Seeking NSFT help is getting on a plane for a destination marked ‘safety’ only to find the pilot is asleep and the overwhelmed cabin crew have opened the doors at 20,000 feet to reduce the pressure while no one has belts or oxygen masks. Frankly the leaders are not fit to fly. 2/

People asking what will it take for @NSFTtweets to be held to account. All we can see is more of the apathy and inertia that perpetuates the pit of inaction. The only dynamic element is the vortex marked ‘our door is open’ that sucks people in to their deaths 1/

A public inquiry appears to be the ONLY way there’s likely to be transparency & any hope of getting to the real numbers of deaths & how & why these happened. Another new CEO? A letter to the SoS blaming the bereaved for not taking up the offer of being part of the NSFT let mortality group when it wasn’t safe to do so (even though the system was told how it could be made safe)?

The whole system of mental health care here has been failing for well over a decade. Another round of the system marking its own homework won't change that. We still need a statutory public inquiry.

We’re marching for the people of Norfolk and Suffolk who have to watch their relatives, friends, neighbours and community suffer @NSFTtweets incompetence. Endless waiting lists, no support, no care. Carers are exhausted. SUs are much more poorly than they need be.
