@Dat2UReturns You can't tell the difference between release points? AJ is dipping the ball to his knees and releasing around his chin while Ament has a higher release point. Ament's shot is way more fluid in the drill shown.

Whew, its just drills but there are clearly levels to this. Just look how crisp, sharp AJ's movements are while Nate has this elongated wind up. A.J. has an economy of motion that's compact and explosive. He looks like a star. Nate does not.
