We grow from $300 to $1,4k MRR in 3 months by ONLY fixing the product! Same website traffic, same business model, same project idea. Here is how we did that. Quick background: I met @erikzavodsky a few months ago and like his AI video generation platform - ShortsFaceless.com It stagnates for a couple of months. I was surprised because website traffic was relevant, similar projects were growing fast and this AI video trend is on the rise. Something was off. How we fixed the product and unlock the growth: 1) We talk to our power users. We identified customers who use our product the most and started talking to them about their use case. We learn a lot just by listening to them which helps us identify new opportunities. 2) We redesigned the entire project. From a nerdy-looking tool to a simple clean design. Our target audience is not techies. We focus on simplicity and usability. This change boosted our conversion rates by 200%! 3) We started to use our product daily. This allows us to better understand the industry, and fix many UI bugs and glitches. Also, now we understand what it takes to run a YouTube channel. 4) A lot of A/B testing. We tested pricing, free trial vs paid trial, credit card vs no credit card, credit-based system, highlighting different deals, etc. This way we maximize revenue from our customers while maintaining very competitive pricing. 5) We innovate. Our competitors look to be stacked with the same product for months. I believe we are the only ones who cover the whole process of creating short-form videos from ideas brainstorming to publishing. 6) Mobile-first approach. We are the best platform for mobile users! More than half of our traffic is coming from mobile devices so we focus on optimizing the platform that way and we did a great job! Have you experienced such product-led growth?

@honza_thorovsky @JuraZkv @danusenerudova Přesně tak a navíc v tomto případě moje děti budou přispívat na jejich důchody. Takže pokud je to JEJICH ROZHODNUTÍ byl bych pro aby neměli důchod a postarali se sami, protože nemuseli vynakládat peníze na jejich vzdělání, výživu... Což jsou nemalé peníze. Ty si měli spořit 🙂

Ústava má chránit občany, ne pojmy a dojmy. U rodiny jde snad především o to, aby byla milující a pečující. Poslanecký návrh ústavně zakotvit manželství jako svazek muže a ženy není obranou rodiny. Je zbabělým útokem na stejnopohlavní páry, které jen chtějí rovná práva.
