The problem here is you acting like you didnt see what I posted about the issue ⚠️ there is no reason for acting funny, learn to read and respond to the issues ⚠️ you ask a lot of meaningless question. You can clearly see I have an issue with the last transaction and now you are in my Dms talking about the gifted Data of Wednesday 🤣 how is that connected to the data you didn't give me yesterday and took the money 🤔

Rentify Uganda
Rentify Uganda@RentifyUG·
Rentify Uganda has officially reached 1 year helping Kampala residents find houses to rent. Here are some of the lessons we have learnt In Kampala, house hunting is not just about finding a house. It is about managing expectations. 1. People want Kololo comfort on a Kira budget. 2. People want city center speed with village rent. 3. People expect a landlord who fixes everything but charges little. The truth is simple. The market decides. Your budget and location shape what you get. At Rentify, we make this easier. We match you to houses that fit your money, your area, and your timing. No false promises. No wasted visits. Look at some of the available options at rentify.co.ug.

Some of you are clearly mixing up two very different situations here. Adopting a child is not the same as taking in a relative’s child after their parents have died. Adoption is planned. The family going to adopt prepares financially, organizes their income and expenses, and makes deliberate choices for that child’s future. Taking in a child after a tragedy, on the other hand, is unexpected. That child has to work with whatever options are available in the new home. If the family’s own children are studying abroad, it is because their parents planned and saved for it for years. You, on the other hand, being welcomed into that home is an act of kindness, not their obligation. They will most likely place you in a school they can afford with whatever extra money they have left. You cannot walk in and feel entitled to the same exact privileges their children are enjoying, and even have the guts of saying “I’m grateful but I just want more for myself nio-nio-nio.” Then work for it, Brenda🤷🏾‍♂️. That is the unspoken motto for all of us orphans. You stay grateful for what you are given, and you put in the work to get the “more” that you want. The person who took you in has already done enough. Now stop complaining and make the best out of it. In many cases, they probably even kept you in the school in which your late parents had already enrolled you, but mbu now your standards have changed and you want to go to Michigan because that is where your cousins are? C’mon now! What happened to the lekwas of these days?

Sometimes life has to take you through valleys so that when you reach the mountaintop, you appreciate the view. The struggles you endure are not the end of your story, they are simply the chapters that make your victory richer and your joy deeper when the good days arrive.

The way apartments are coming up in old neighbourhoods like kyebando should worry every low income earner. 350 -500k per month houses are replaced with 1m - 1.5 m. 20 years down the road we are going to start have homelessness among "corporates".
