Randy Fine won his last primary with 34k votes… There are 246k registered republicans in that District… Meaning Bilzerian has 85% of other possible voters to woo to win assuming fine gets the same amount of votes. Seems totally doable. Even if you consider the elderly demographics, there are plenty in that 20-50 demographic to win. What will matter is voter turnout and registration. It is possible but it will require money and ground game.
