@Flipkart Product listing clearly shows Net Quantity 5 but only 1 item was delivered. Replacement was approved earlier, yet return is now wrongly rejected. This is short delivery and unfair trade practice. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to National Consumer Helpline

After 2 months of delay, false delivery updates, and zero response from customer support, my shipment (CN: 7D121693867) was finally returned (RTO) and refund issued.
Refund is appreciated, but the harassment, misinformation, and complete service failure cannot be ignored.
