Republicans are forcing TSA agents to work without pay. Why? The extremists support unleashing ICE brutality on the American people. Shameful.

TSA agents deserve to be paid. Americans don't want to spend hours in line at the airport. I signed onto @rosadelauro measure to force a vote to reopen the Dept of Homeland Security--without new funding for ICE. We can end this shutdown as soon as Republicans join us.

This doesn’t have to be the case. Democrats introduced legislation to fund TSA and the other DHS activities the parties agree on while negotiations over ICE and CBP continue. Republicans have blocked it. cnbc.com/2026/03/17/air…

The American taxpayer has already given ICE and CBP more than enough money—and they've used it to harass, kidnap, and kill innocents.   @rosadelauro’s bill will fund ALL PARTS of DHS, including TSA, without allowing ICE and CBP to continue their exploitation.
