The order status shows delivered today. @delhivery I got mail and WhatsApp tracking that the order is delivered but it is NOT DELIVERED. No one in my home received any package. It's a prepaid order!! @delhivery can you check on this and why it shows delivered?

I registered a complaint yesterday and was told they'll get back on the updates, but no one reached out, I called again, no updates! This is the express delivery you provide @trackonindia ?

I trusted @trackonindia for express delivery and I'm regretting it. The courier was supposed to reach on Sat (21 Mar) but hasn't reached yet. It reached Tambaram office on 20 Mar and has been sitting there. Why did I pay more for this kind of service @trackonindia ??

I have tried to reach out to @zomato @zomatocare. I ordered a pizza and it had a hair. Only option was to mail. And these pictures doens't meet the "verification criteria required for us to raise a dispute with the restaurant partner". Absolute shit service @zomato.

@zomatocare This is your response! This is the responsibility you're ready to take. I know @zomato doens't directly influence the preparation or quality of food but if you can't take responsibility, might as well stop the business! SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LOOK AT THE IMAGES PROVIDED ATLEAST!

There was no option to add picture for quality issues in the app support section. Only option was to mail and @zomatocare is not ready to resolve this. I wouldn't even raise an issue. I was really hungry and ordered late night. Pizza was delivered cold and with hair baked in.

@IndiaPostOffice I had a consignment coming from France which was not delivered and no attempt of delivery was made (not even a call) and now it is getting returned?? I've tried calling all the post offices in Dhanbad and none of them has valid phone number on google!

I flew via @AirCanada from Canada to US and then @united from US to India. They lost my luggage and I'm not receiving any help from them. So called biggest airlines and can't even handle the luggage properly. Kindly get me my bag

But there is no support team for @makemytrip (only automated phone support system). We haven't been able to connect to 1 single person in MMT team. Is that how an estimated company is supposed to behave?

If we wanted a bus for 5.30, we would have booked the bus for that time ourselves. We contacted the support for the bus provider and they did the refund to @makemytrip Now we have tried to reach the support for @makemytrip
