booked with @IHGhotels Yas Plaza Marina thru @makemytrip (May 24-26) -IHG cancelled my booking last minute (May 22,night) we are all set.holidays filed.checked the rates after cancellation,the prices have doubled🤔 @IHGhotels @makemytrip ,what do we do??

@IHGService for sure they will ask for a booking co firmation no. again. o only have the Booking ID from makemytrip

@IHGService I called the hotel itself,they said that they cannot check my booking unless I give the confirmation number. I only have the booking ID from @makemytripcare makemytrip.i told them to check using my name and contact number but they said its not possible. 0553351345 -this is my no

@IHGService gave the booking ID and PNR but they said is not possible to check.they need the confirmation no. that start with 18.. (if i am not mistaken)
