Just a reminder that Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealth who was just shot and killed in NY, was a human being with a family. So many of the comments on his murder are despicable.

The assailant who shot UHC CEO Brian Thompson had to manually cycle his firearm multiple times. The suppressor was likely not setup for a pistol. This would either mean he's an idiot (possible) or that he's using a printed suppressor. Interesting either way.

So, while I'm not rejoicing about the UHC CEO being shot dead in the street, I'm not sad about it, either. People deserve better than the US health insurance industry, and chickens come home to roost. 7/7

@mboyahoy I usually agree with Mr.Rupar but truthfully the real depravity is how health care became only about the bottom line leaving many without coverage and those with coverage denied care. The real shock of this case is that it didn’t happen sooner.
