@StanChart No repo rate benefit on my home loan despite RBI cuts. @StanChartIN refused reconsideration. Now getting multiple IVR calls daily warning of penalties, if lack of funds by 10th, despite no bounced EMI. Is this acceptable banking practice? @RBI @FinMinIndia @DFS_India

Zero mark-up forex card from @ThomasCookIndia turned into zero service. No doorstep delivery, hours wasted at branch, card still NOT activated. Phones don’t work, emails bounce. If this is the chaos in India, imagine needing help abroad! @MinistryOfTourism @FinMinIndia @RBI

My @airtelindia Black plan includes my daughter’s Indian SIM, formally deactivated as she lives in the UK. Yet Airtel is billing international data roaming on a deactivated number. @airtel_presence How do you charge for a service that cannot be used? @bhartinews @dot_india

@StanChartHelp "We tried contacting you on your registered contact number, but the line was disconnected at your end." The bank has been sending the same message since December 2025 but nobody 'tried to contact' and hence I have never disconnected, and it's not in my DND list!

@DCBBank 'NEW' Niyo card, the worst forex card one could have. In London, the card just doesn't work in ATM/ counters, except 1% of the shops. Thankfully me & wife are carrying other international cards! Quite a horrible experience w/o any customer service!
