@BritishArmy sits 1st at the Top of the 100 Best #Apprenticeship Employers. Achievements of our very own #apprentices as part of the MACA response to #CV19 are incredible. 14,500 soldiers on 1 of 43 programmes & 6000 completions each year. Needs celebrating. #NAW2021

Building on #teamwork, at today's ETS conference, we look at #Neurodiversity in the workplace. How to improve our understanding of the strengths that the 'neurodivergent' can and do bring to an organisation and enhance our thinking about our people as both employees and learners.

@51chappie Yes - get going with the forms to ensure you can complete and claim in this 21/22 financial year - assuming you wish to. Good luck - looks great.

Very much looking forward to seeing our first @ArmyEducators Lead First officer commission from @RMASandhurst tomorrow. Fabulous initiative and there is an amazing internship programme with @comdetsn, @EtsSouth and the Robertson Coy contingent at @CO_AFC awaiting him.

@AtruthfulWO1 @TheMaverickSgt @ArmyEdu OF3s can compete for a limited number of fully funded Masters places. Anything else degree level needs to be self/ELC funded. Certification for Offr/OR courses under the Army Skills Offer is pretty standardised.

@TheMaverickSgt Ah, so clarity at last. You're talking about AADP, for OF4s on trajectory to 1* & not 'end of service'. It's protein-rich, knees to chest and if they access an MBA as a result of their toil for tangible organisational return and for exploitation in service, that's a good ROI.

@CiarnCallaghan1 @TheMaverickSgt This is not about junior ranks not being up to 'x' or not being able to access 'y'. Talent and potential are both rank agnostic. Of note and IMHO, the 2 x best Master's applications on EP(A) this year were from a SNCO and a Jnr Capt. Importantly, equal opportunity to apply.

This is a phenomenal achievement. All 24 achieve a BA (Hons) in Business Leadership and Management plus full L6 Apprenticeship certification. Every one should be justifiably proud - and reinforces why @BritishArmy took 1st Place in the nation's Top Apprenticeship Employers list.
