Twitch Streamer Asmongold announces that his lawsuit with Kick Streamer Mizkif has been dismissed. Asmongold also shows that after a post that Mizkif made about Asmongold, Mizkif blocked him. Asmongold also further explains the context of the screenshot that Mizkif used between him (Asmongold) and Twitch Streamer Emiru.
Asmongold further presses Mizkif to reveal how he got that screenshot in the first place.
Outside the clip, Asmongold will not counter sue/counter claim Mizkif because he didn't do any actual damages by showing the screenshot. Asmongold says the Mizkif post is completly manufactured and people fell for it.

So the district Judge has overruled Mizkif's objections and adopted the magistrate judge's recommendations. The judge has made a ruling to dismiss Asmongold from the lawsuit; the motion to compel arbitration and stay litigation is as well granted, and Emiru's motion to dismiss is denied. The judge argued that Mizkif's objection is only pointing out a textual distinction in the EFAA (Ending Forced Arbitration for Sexual harassment and Sexual Assault Act) and that the EFAA treats both types of disputes together.

Valve is getting praise after helping a first-time indie developer instead of rejecting their game at the last minute.
The developer accidentally uploaded a broken build that wouldn’t launch just before the Steam Next Fest deadline.
Instead of rejecting it, a Steam reviewer found the problem, fixed the game’s configuration, and approved the build in time for the event.
Other indie developers also shared that Valve has done the same for their games

@TalkativeTri The issue is far bigger than Nvidia drivers.
PoE2 at the moment consumes more RAM than it should because of the way they load and cache shaders. Couple that with intel gen 13 and 14 fuckery, you get those freezes. You need 64GB of ram and the newest chipset drivers to fix this.

This is HUGE for Path of Exile 2. After over a year of performance issues, especially on NVIDIA cards, it looks like employees of the company are commenting under threads with PoE2 shader problems trying to gain as much info as possible.
GGG really putting in work going to 1.0.
I know they said NVIDIA was not being helpful or responsive before, they must've made a large push to get some help leading up to full release and it's a good thing to, as this is the MOST COMMON PROBLEM players have with PoE2.
Once it goes free to play, if these issues remain, there would be an absolute firestorm of valid complaints.

I swear the Path of Exile community spends more time on this app complaining about Diablo than they do actually playing PoE. Both offer a different experience. You're allowed to like one or the other but I'll never understand why they try to attempt to belittle others

Night of Champions was an example of the blatant favoritism that exists in the WWE.
If you are Triple H's inner circle, you will get opportunities one after the other.
Sami Zayn should be nowhere near the World Title scene and I am amazed how he was booked to win the main event.
Iyo Sky is also a good example of how you don't need to look like a star, but if you are Hunter's favorite, you will continue to keep getting pushed.
This was an overall disappointing show 👎🏼..
