@VerizonSupport @VerizonSupport doesn't respond, and online/phone support hangs up and is rude, so like last time we'll just go to a store. But you should treat your customers better than this.

@VerizonSupport in person in stores is great. Online and over the phone, the opposite of support. rude, unhelpful, dismissive. 3+ hours of being blown off over a brand new phone that stopped working. last person said you're "not responsible for buyer's remorse"!!! @Verizon
