A MURDERED MAN HAS LESS SERIOUSNESS IN EYES OF LAW THAN WORDS OF A WOMAN I feel totally lost today. Over the last few years, I have personally worked with men who are victims of #falserape cases who spent anything from 5 months to 5 years in false rape cases. No matter how many proofs they had of their innocence, courts did not grant them bail merely because "allegations" & "charges" against them were serious as recorded in their bail rejection orders BUT I am seeing women being granted bail within days or months even when they played an active role in the death of a man whether in abetment to suicide cases or even MURDERS !!! WHAT EQUALITY IS THIS? NOT EVEN 1 YEAR IN JAIL !!!?

India can fix most of its bureaucratic problems if the government implements just three laws: 1. No guaranteed salary or lifetime job security for government employees until their assigned work is completed. 2. Immediate termination of any government employee if they are caught engaging in corruption. 3. Time-bound public services, if a government employee fails to complete a citizen’s work within the fixed deadline, a penalty should be deducted from their salary.
