@moskov Day 2 update on my hostage negotiation with @asana over a $650 unauthorized charge: Their support team just sent me an email officially admitting their agent ("Cliff") couldn't find my account when I tried to cancel last year... but they are STILL refusing the refund for THEIR mistake. Even better? They started the email with "I am not closing this ticket" and ended the exact same email with "we are marking this case closed." Complete clown show. And they are STILL illegally hiding my raw CCPA data transcripts. The @bbb_us has officially accepted my formal complaint (ID 24615127).
