The LAS Triage system is Fantastic!! We can give the right Care at the right time in the right place the first time ❤ I've seen Patients in their house with Stroke Symptoms and within the hour they have received Thrombolysis and had an incredible recovery!! Teamwork at it BEST

#TeamLAS Chief Clinical Information Officer Stuart is on a clinical shift today and this morning he and crewmate Tom used our video conference triage system we have been working on with @UCLH, to give stroke patients or those with suspected symptoms the best care.

Thank you to @GWH_NHS emergency department and @swasFT Chippenham team for looking after me so well when I developed fast atrial fibrillation yesterday which required cardioversion. Great experience and expert care from all the nurses, paramedics and doctor. @sphams

2. So on all my days off I have to chase @Wayfair to get answers, I get told it's being dealt with and apologies for the lack of communication but nothing gets resolved! Worst customer service I have EVER recieved, I will NEVER buy anything from them again.Really disappointed 😞

I'm literally livid at the terrible customer service @Wayfair I've been waiting for a replacement part for a month,not once have they contacted me or updated me.I have had to chase them,the investigations team was meant to contact me by 5pm Friday and its Monday and still NOTHING

Reflecting on the past couple of days and feeling so grateful for the kindness, compassion and empathy I have been shown @uclh being the Patient and not the nurse a whole different experience but one that was made easier by the fantastic care I received. I am so thankful ❤️
