My posts are heavily restricted on here but I ask ANYONE who sees this to please listen and pass on what this mother @Ashlih23 has to say. Ashley needs help to raise awareness to the critical Sleep Apnea her 3-year-old daughter, Sophie, is suffering and to kick the NHS into gear and which has thus far failed to follow through its own guidance in treating her child. Sophie and her parents have been subject to dangerous levels of delay and sent back and forth from @LancsHospitals and Manchester Children's Hospital. They've been told by doctors that the treatment should’ve happened two months ago because Sophie is at critical stage. There have been numerous failings, even potential medical malpractice, but the net result is a 3-year-old girl stops breathing as she sleeps, it’s scary and troubling for all concerned, and her family are at their wit’s end to resolve it. @NHSEngland what happens when a small child needs treatment but the hospitals involved repeatedly delay in giving it? Health secretary @wesstreeting this is serious. Ashley’s MP @LindsayHoyle_MP you say you are "Proudly representing the constituents of Chorley & District since 1997" but neither of you have responded to her decent pleas. A very small child needs help. Her early development is crucial and she is already struggling to keep up. You are all failing her. Please act now. Thank you.
