Seems @amazon systems are still primitive. The great customer service is simply a cloaking for it. Amazon system is erroneously flagging orders as suspicious and auto cancelling it!. seem they didn't do proper testing! #CustomerServiceFail #CustomerExperience

DO they actually read emails ? so far none of your special teams have actually made replies for countless issues I have faced.

(8/8) Also many seller using cashback-for-review tactics, which I have seen in many orders I receive with a card saying receive cashback like Rs 50/100 for a review. I have reported this numerous times but still it is happening. @amazonIN @amazon !!!
