@hive I have been on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs, trying to sort my connection out, with support asking irrelevant ques, such as how many port does my router have, is it 2 feet away from the hub, when it clearly cant be seen on the network, #wasteofmoney @BBCWatchdog

@hive Why was I advised to get subscription so I can have support, support are asking if my router is 2 feet apart and how many ports it has, its been working for 7 years, I got told that if I got subscription and it didnt work my hub would get replaced, over an hr on support.

@VodafoneUK Why has my phone been disconnected for a simple esim swap, when I specifically asked if it would or not? now being told I need to wait 24hrs for a QR Code! I cant use 2FA for work, plus as I am on the you are a shambles ! I am on the PSR because of my diabetes

@Andy47583901 can I send you a DM, as I have had so many issues with Octopus, it's taken them a year to fir a new meter, all the time saying they would be able to get the previous readings, now given me an estimate! Even though my boiler wasn't working for nearly two months of it

then told multiple times that once changed the previous readings off the meter would be captured, all the time giving me estimates when on a tracker, even for a couple of months when my boiler was faulty and wasn't working.

@OctopusEnergy I have made complaints and been told that I would get a response in a week, then nothing ! I will send you a DM,I don't hold out much hope. I was told to change my meter box then you would change the meter, still waiting after countless calls , emails for a satisfactory response

@skytv I had an engineer out as I had an issue and he said they LNB had to be changed as it was faulty, it's been changed from a Hybrid to a new one and now I have less functionality, he said he didn't have a hybrid one, I had multiple feeds to different rooms,I can't use now

@SkyHelpTeam I have had a problem for the last few days.most of my channels are saying it's affected by satellite signal , half my subscription channels work, whilst otherwise don't including terrestrial. BBC,ITV, done all the suggested fixes, there is no engineer for a month
